What We do
Prebish Wrestling Consulting, LLC will help wrestlers of all ages and abilities take their wrestling to the next level. Through video review, on the mat training, and in person consultation, Prebes Prebish will help elevate your wrestling and work with you to reach your goals.
Step One: Initial Consultation. Meet with Prebes to discuss what the athlete wants to accomplish, whether it is technique oriented, sports psychology, diet and nutrition- we will develop a plan for each individual athlete!
Step Two: Develop and Implement the Plan. Prebes will create a specific plan for the athlete's personal develop that will improve all area's of wrestling. It's not "just" about technique improvement, Prebes takes a holistic approach to training that will address the little things that make champions on and off the mat. He has a very unique and positive way to teach technique that makes learning fun.
Step Three: Evaluate and Improve the Plan. Throughout the program, Prebes will continually evaluate progress and tweak the plan so improvement continues. Progress is not based on "success" in competition; technique improvement and attitude is the best measure of whether a program is successful.
