The Maccabiah Games- the Jewish Olympics, held in Israel each year after the Summer Olympics has a special place in Coach Prebes' heart. A double Gold-medalist as an athlete and twice on the coaching staff of Team USA, Prebes is a staunch supporter of the Maccabi movement. He will return to Israel in July, 2025 to once again serve as the Head Coach for the Maccabi USA Wrestling team.

Maccabi USA Wrestling will be sponsoring the "Lions of Maccabi" Wrestling Tournament April 6, 2025 at the Kaiserman JCC in Wynnwood, PA.
